The first anniversary of independence. State flag and State coat of arms of Ukraine postage stamp
A very symbolic postage stamp was issued on the occasion of the first anniversary of the independence of the Ukrainian state. The stamp depicts symbols of Ukrainian statehood, a blue-yellow flag on a mast and a trident. The issue is presented in a fairly large circulation of 5 million copies. Launched into postal circulation on August 19, 1992. Ukrposhta catalog number "26". Stamps with state symbols were printed in sheets of 36 stamps (6*6) per sheet. Artist V.O. Snarsky Special envelopes and stamps have been developed for the stamp.
