"Stamps of Ukraine that were not in postal circulation" - is a separate large and interesting category of our store. This section includes a large number of different stamps that are directly related to Ukraine, but due to certain circumstances they were not in postal circulation, or their number in postal circulation is very small.

Among the collected copies of the represented collection are both old rare stamps and original modern editions.

Stamps that were not in postal circulation are no less interesting than miniatures of other categories of our store. These stamps are issued with different purposes. The main of them is non-governmental fundraising and propaganda purposes. Also in this section there are postal stamps issued by the state as means of postal payment, but due to certain historical events, they have not fulfilled their main functions.

Many people in the world are fond of stamps that were not in postal circulation. This area of collecting has a separate name Errinophilia. However, the line between postal and non-postal stamps is very thin. Externally, non-postal stamps are very similar to ordinary postage stamps. On these stamps the denomination is indicated, they have an adhesive base and serration.
