Delivery:

Delivery within Ukraine and abroad is carried out by transport companies "Nova Poshta" or "Ukrposhta"

The cost of delivery:

Within Ukraine - from 25 UAH Ukrposhta, from 45 UAH Nova Poshta

Abroad - from 6.5 USD.

Payment methods:

·         Payment by bank card

·         Payment upon receipt via cash on delivery of the courier company

·         payment via PayPal payment system

Exchange and return

You can return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Terms of return of goods:

A prerequisite for exchange and return is that the product was not in use and is not damaged.

Method of refund:

The funds are returned to your bank card. The money is returned to the account within 3-5 working days from the moment we receive the returned goods.

Exchange of goods:

As compensation, according to the Law of Ukraine, we give the buyer the right to choose the same product from our catalog, or choose another product for the same amount of money.

If the buyer wishes to exchange or return defective goods, the cost of transportation services is paid by our store

If the goods are exchanged or returned without defects, the transport costs are paid by the buyer.
