INFORMATION about the series of Hetman stamps of Ukraine 2003
The Ivan Skoropadskyi and Kyrylo Razumovskyi stamps of 2003 complete the series of Ukrposhta stamps dedicated to prominent hetmans of Ukraine. A total of 17 stamps with portraits of Ukrainian hetmans were printed between 1995 and 2003.
The 2003 series includes two stamps.
No. 511 Kyrylo Hryhorovych Razumovsky
No. 512 Ivan Ilyich Skoropadskyi
The stamps are printed based on the sketches of the famous Ukrainian artist Yurii Logvin. Like all previous stamps of the series, postage stamps have a horizontal orientation. Size 52 mm * 25 mm. The series was released on May 22, 2003. The face value of each stamp is 45 kopecks. Circulation of 250,000 copies. The miniatures are made in bright colors and have an interesting stylized design.
Envelopes and corresponding first-day postmarks are designed for the stamps. The series is in demand among collectors, as it harmoniously completes the previous editions of the Hetman theme.
