A lot of new catch phrases, phraseology appeared on the world during the full-scale war in Ukraine. Phrase "Good evening, we are from Ukraine!"became familiar for every Ukrainian and became universal: it captured media space, social networks, it sounded from  speakers or headphones, and even became as a greeting and original way to identification fellow citizens  outside our country. It belongs to the frontman of the band "DakhaBrakha" Marko Halanevych and became popular because of the same-name track of the group Probass&Hardy and its frequent use by well-known Ukrainian officials, including Head of Mykolaiv Region State Administration  –  Vitaliy Kim.
  The stamp "Good evening, we are from Ukraine!", which was released on July 28, has a real own prehistory, which happened in Mykolayiv region, and later increasingly repeated in every city where active fighting is taking place. Ukrainian tractor drivers stole the tank, which was abandoned by occupants during the active offensive of Armed Forces of Ukraine. The situation immediately has become comic tone and at the same time, had symbolic meaning for every Ukrainian – we are all doing a great contribution to our common victory.

In general, Ukrposhta company received approximately 1500 sketches for the stamp. By selecting it managed to left 5 final variants, for which had the opportunity to vote every Ukrainian citizen. The voting lasted within a week in social networks and through the app Diya, 834 thousand of Ukrainians took part in it. Theas sketch from Anastasia Bondarets. Before the release a stamp design, which received the support from 300 000 people, it has improved a bit, as stated by Igor Smelyansky, General Director of Ukrposhta. It shows tractor, which pulls tank, which is the symbol of invincibility of Ukrainians. The author notes that on such an image it was inspired by famous phrase "Good evening, we are from Ukraine!" and of course, heroism of every Ukrainians regardless of profession, region of residence and so on. 
A special envelope and stamp were issued for the stamp. Repayment took place in the regional centers of Ukraine.
