Symbolism and Social Mission

The upper part of the sheet features a red stripe with the inscription “Chance for Life” and a stylized cardiogram line. The release was initiated by the NGO “All-Ukrainian Association of Blood Donors” (DonorUA) to mark the 10th anniversary of its foundation. Blood donation is a noble mission, supporting soldiers, the wounded, the sick, and all those in critical need.
